I did not start out building funnels. I started in customer support, three years of talking to people at their most frustrated and learning how to be the calm one in the conversation.

Admin came next, then executive assistance, then social media. None of it was a career change. It was the same job getting deeper, and every layer still shows up in the work.

The Steady Hand

$1,200 / month

15 hours per week

For founders who need someone they can hand things to and trust it gets done.

Content stays consistent. Inbox stays managed. Systems keep running on the weeks you can’t think about them.

Includes: social content and scheduling, email and newsletters, CRM and GoHighLevel, inbox and calendar, research and reporting, customer support.

The Right Hand

$1,600 / month

20 hours per week

For founders who are still the bottleneck and know it.

Your business runs in parallel to you, not waiting on you.

Everything in The Steady Hand, plus: funnels, automations and workflow builds, website and landing page updates, blog writing and publishing.

Larger builds such as full websites or platform migrations are welcome. Just let me know in advance so the time can be planned properly.

Good to Know

Is there a contract?

Yes, a simple written agreement covering scope, payment and confidentiality. Nothing complicated, and no long lock in.

How does billing work?

Invoices are issued on the 15th and 30th of each month, payable by Wise, PayPal or direct bank transfer.

Do I need to pay anything upfront?

A $100 USD deposit secures your start date. It is deducted from your first fortnightly invoice.

What are your working hours?

I work 6am to 6pm Philippine time, Monday to Friday. That gives full overlap with Australian clients and covers the afternoon and evening for most US teams. If a call needs to sit outside those hours, let me know ahead of time and we can arrange it. Otherwise I plan work to finish inside my day, which is how deadlines stay predictable rather than rushed at midnight.

What can I ask you to do?

Anything within your hours. Content, admin, CRM, funnels, automations, websites, customer support and reporting. If you need a funnel built, I will build it. For larger projects, just give me some notice so the time can be planned properly.

What if I don’t use all my hours?

Hours are weekly capacity rather than a bank, so they don’t roll over. It keeps your support steady week to week.

What if I need more hours?

Extra hours can be added, or you can move up a package at any time.

Can I start smaller and upgrade later?

Most clients do. Packages can change month to month as your needs change.

How quickly do you respond?

Within one business day, usually sooner. Urgent items are handled the same day where possible.

How do we stay in touch?

Email, Slack or WhatsApp, with tasks tracked in Trello or whichever tool you already use.

Is my information secure?

Confidentiality is written into the agreement. Logins are stored securely and access is never shared.
